Benny Alon
Benny has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles at top academic institutions, including as CEO of the College of Management Academic Studies and the Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College. He has served on boards of companies in technology commercialization, real estate, and tourism. Benny is also a pioneer in internal organizational innovation and digital transformation, specializing in growth strategies, business development, and building cross-sector impact partnerships.
A graduate of Harvard Business School's Senior Leadership Program, Benny holds a Bachelor's degree from Bar-Ilan University and HIT and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Tel Aviv University. He has led initiatives to make higher education accessible to marginalized communities, including the Haredi and Arabs.
Asaf Pearl Bershadsky
Asaf is an innovation designer at Seagull Innovation Studio. He specializes in creative thinking and design methodologies, hackathon management, and developing innovative concepts for companies, municipalities, and non-profits. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Learning Technologies and a Master's in Design, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
After retiring from the military, where he specialized in operational solutions for deep maneuvering, a field that demands creativity, teamwork, and execution of ideas, Assaf now teaches creativity and design thinking courses. He also mentors entrepreneurs, guiding them from initial ideas to full implementation. Assaf is an expert in designing and executing hackathons with a unique model that fosters collaboration to develop actionable, innovative concepts quickly.
